Mind Matters Foundation Adolescence Mental Health Awareness Programme is an interactive and informative opportunity to increase one’s awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding Mental Health.

About The Program

The focus of the programme is to educate adolescents and teachers on stress, anxiety, and depression while aiming to reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health.
